2. Refunds

3. Exchanges
a. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return as described in Section 1 and place a new order.
4. Shipping

b. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

b. The video must clearly show the condition of the product, the packaging, and any visible defects, if applicable.
c. The video requirement is designed to protect both the customer and Gifttrolley.in by ensuring a fair and accurate assessment of the product's condition.
